I’ve used other’s but its just not the same. I have to use my legs so yes it comes back from time to time I just wish I found this earlier. But there are days when the pain is gone. I have bad knee’s and I have been constantly in nothing but pain.

Maui Wally OMG!!!I can’t begin to tell you how awesome Hawaii’s Dit Da Jow is! My husband has been limping for 7 weeks, as a result of the Jow he can walk sound now.
#Tom bisio dit da jow update
I will update this testimonial after I use this for another week of two. One other important thing I did was re-evaluate and modify my desk and chair ergonomics and I feel this helped too. I was using a wrist support brace for a short time before using the DDJ but I do not have to use this now. The flexibility in my right wrist is also better than my left so I have begun using this on my left wrist also to see if this improves my wrist flexibility. I applied this 3x/day for about 8 days now and the nerve pain has subsided noticeable. Mat Wetherbee Aloha, I tried DDJ for a worsening carpal tunnel pain in my right wrist from a prolonged amount of mouse intensive computer work. Used it on beat shins and forearms, my knuckles, and a bad wrist after a gym workout. Brian Pleasantly surprised with this dit da jow. Stingray classics competitor I use it for conditioning mostly, but it’s ability to penetrate deep into the muscle and tendons, has made it my whole families number one go to for all aches and pains. Maui Mama I’ve tried Hawaii’s Dit Da Jow for a muscle strain in my shoulder and after a few days I was back in the gym. Just in time to enjoy my weekend with my family. Super Cissus Rx+tons of icing but it's still a little painful.I tried Hawaii’s Dit Da Jow on a pinch nerve I had on my side after 2 applications by the next day the pain was gone.

I injured my thumb last weekend and it's still not healed. One of the best guides is Tom Bisio's book, "A Tooth From the Tiger's Mouth". This is a specific formulation that is used only when training in Iron Palm.ĭit Da Jow is easy to make at home. It can be used for sprains, strains and any kind of pain.Īnother form of Dit Da Jow is Iron Palm Medicine. It is massaged into an injury as a liniment that helps remove bruises and pain and aids the healing process of the body. It can be bought on internet shops and through martial arts catalogs, and in herb stores in your local Chinatown.ĭit Da Jow is used by martial artists when they are injured. All of these basically heal the same, and it comes down to consumer's choice. There are different makers of Dit Da Jow, all of which are considered to be "secret formulas" passed down though tradition.

Some formulas are buried in the ground but most are stored in a cool dark place. Either way the name means "hit strike alcohol", a reference to the method of preparation - herbs are soaked in grain alcohol or rice wine for a period of time (at least 6 weeks or more). Dit Da Jow is a popular liniment sold to heal external damage (such as bruises, sore muscles, etc).
